Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to the Eurostylehaus return and refund policy . Our range includes clothing and shoes such as blouses, blazers, skirts, and shoes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy governs returns and refunds for customers in Austria .

Right of withdrawal and return

Pursuant to Sections 11 et seq. of the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG) and Sections 312g, 355 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) (applicable mutatis mutandis) , you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to support@eurostylehaus.com . You can use the statutory model withdrawal form for this purpose (not mandatory).

You will receive further instructions after your return has been confirmed. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.


Return policy for clothing

In order for your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged .
  • All original labels and tags must still be attached.
  • The goods must not have any stains, odors (e.g. perfume, smoke), animal hair, traces of make-up or other signs of use.
  • Returns should ideally be made in the original packaging .

According to § 15 para. 3 FAGG, any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted from the refund amount.


Return policy for shoes

The following additional conditions apply to shoes:

  • Shoes must be returned unworn and in perfect condition — the soles must show no signs of wear.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box . A damaged or missing shoe box may be considered a loss in value.
  • Shoes that have obviously been worn (e.g., wear and tear on the sole, scratches, dirt) are not returnable unless they are defective.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with § 18 FAGG in the following cases:

  • Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
  • Goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. underwear, tights).

  1. Please contact us at support@eurostylehaus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions via email.
  3. Pack the item carefully — preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Please send the package to the return address below and provide us with the tracking number.

Return shipping costs and responsibility

Unless there is a defect or error on our part, the customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

Return shipping costs within Austria vary depending on the provider and package weight. For guidance:

We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping with tracking . We accept no liability for loss or damage during return shipping. The risk of loss remains with the customer until the return has been received and confirmed by us.


Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eurostylehaus.com and send us:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the item and packaging

In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days in accordance with Section 16 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG) . The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that the processing time of your bank or payment service provider may vary and is beyond our control.

If you have not received a refund within 5 working days of our confirmation of receipt, please contact support@eurostylehaus.com .


Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Sections 922 et seq. of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) and the Consumer Sales Directive (EU 2019/771) . In the event of defects, consumers are entitled to repair or replacement. If repair or replacement fails, consumers may, within the framework of the statutory provisions, demand a price reduction or terminate the contract. The statutory warranty period is two years from the date of delivery of the goods.


Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In case of disputes arising from online purchase contracts, you can contact the consumer arbitration board (Internet Ombudsman) :

Eurostylehaus is generally willing to participate in an out-of-court settlement procedure.


Misdelivered or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect it, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting return and reshipping costs from the refund amount.
